Usually, when purchasing a brand new Mercedes-EQ electric vehicle, you will obtain a MB.CHARGE Public charging card as well.

Otherwise, you can order a charging card upon registration or you can request one anytime.
After ordering a card, you should receive the card via post usually within 3-5 days, but maximum within 14 days.
In case you did not receive the card within 14 days, please make sure to check the entered delivery address.
