If you are unable to access your MB.CHARGE Public account, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
-
Check your login credentials
- Make sure you are using the correct login details (MB.CHARGE Public username and password).
-
Reset your password
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting Mercedes-Benz
-
Confirm account status
- Ensure that you have not accidentally deleted your charging account or Mercedes-Benz account.
-
Verify payment information
- Check if there are any unpaid invoices and ensure your payment method is valid.
- If your MB.CHARGE Public contract is only blocked (not cancelled yet) and you have updated your payment details, your MB.CHARGE Public account should be unblocked within 24 hours after resolving the issue.
-
Account deletion after inactivity
- If there are no outstanding invoices and your MB.CHARGE Public account has been inactive for over 180 days, it may have been automatically deleted from our system. In this case, access to the account is no longer possible, and you will need to create a new MB.CHARGE Public account.
If you have followed these steps and still can’t access your MB.CHARGE Public account, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
