Block your lost card immediately:
- Contact your bank as soon as possible to report the lost card and block it. This ensures no unauthorised transactions can occur.

Update your new payment details in your account:
- Log in to your MB.CHARGE Public account.
- Navigate to the Payment methods section.

Card reauthorisation:
- After adding your new card, a small test transaction may be processed to verify the card. This is standard and ensures your payments are secure.
