Changing the home country of an existing contract is not possible. To use the service in a different country, you need to follow these steps:
- Terminate the current contract: follow the steps here.
- Delete your existing account: if there are no open invoices, the account deletion will occur automatically after 180 days.
- Create a new account: with a new contract in the desired country, where our services are offered. Follow the steps here.
Tip: To avoid waiting, it is recommended to register with a different email address in the new country. This way, you can enjoy the services immediately.
Important:
- Promotions and vouchers assigned to your current contract cannot be transferred to the new account.
- If you wish to create a new account using the same login credentials (email address), you must wait until your existing account is deleted.
