When you use your MB.CHARGE Public charging card, the system recognises it as a public charging session, and public charging rates apply. This can happen if the charging point operator is also part of our public network.

To avoid this:

• Use the access method provided by your home or work charging service provider (e.g., their specific charging card).
• Confirm the authentication method before starting a charging session to ensure you’re billed at the appropriate rate.
